We learn your floor before we build anything on it.
Eight sectors, each with its own systems, its own regulator and its own definition of a good day. The architecture we bring is the same. Everything above it is rebuilt for the work in front of us.
Eight sectors, and the work that pays in each.
Every sector page names the pressures, the systems we plug into, the first project worth funding and the numbers it would be judged on.

The pattern transfers. The domain detail does not.
Sector experience is worth something specific and worth nothing in general. Here is the line we draw, so you know what you are buying and what you will still have to teach us.
What transfers
Built once, carried into every engagement since. You are not paying us to discover any of this on your project.
- The architecture: perceive, reason, act, learn — with an approval gate on anything that touches money or a customer.
- The evaluation discipline. Every agent is scored against a set you own, and a regression blocks a deploy the way a failing test does.
- Document intelligence. An invoice, a lab report, a bank statement and a lorry receipt are the same extraction problem in different clothes.
- The integration surface: typed tools over an ERP, a CRM, a POS or a core banking system, with permissions checked before a token is spent.
- The operating model — monitoring cost, latency and quality after go-live, because that is when a system starts to drift.
What does not
Learned again on every engagement, from your operators, in the first two weeks. Any vendor who says otherwise is selling a demo.
- The vocabulary. A shrinkage review, an 8D and a claim denial are not variations on a theme, and a system that treats them as one is wrong in ways nobody catches in a demo.
- The exceptions. Every sector's real work sits in the ten percent that does not fit the process, and that ten percent is learned from your operators.
- The data reality. A hospital's HIS and a plant's historian disagree about what a timestamp means, and the join has to be built by hand.
- The regulatory weight. What is routine automation in retail is a governed, evidenced decision in lending or in care.
- The threshold for good. Ninety-four percent is excellent in one workflow and unusable in the next.
The same capabilities, rebuilt for every floor they land on.
Counted from the sector pages themselves. A capability appears here because it does real work in at least two industries — not because it sounds broad.
AI Agent Development
Autonomous agents that hold context, call your tools, and finish real work end to end — with a human in the loop where it matters.
AI Automations
The repetitive 60% of your operations, wired into workflows that run themselves overnight.
Custom LLM & RAG Systems
Private assistants that answer from your data — versioned, evaluated, and hosted wherever your policy demands.
Computer Vision & Analytics
Cameras that count, recognise and alert — retail footfall, ANPR, safety and shrinkage, running at the edge.

Every engagement still opens with AI consulting — the scoring exercise that decides which of these is worth building first in your business, and which two of your six ideas to drop.
Tell us how your week actually goes.
Bring the process, the constraints and the mess. We will tell you honestly whether AI is the answer for it, which part to build first, and what it would take to put that into production.
