Tell us the problem. We will tell you whether it is worth building.
Send the form and one of us reads it — a person, not a routing rule. You get a written reply within one business day. If there is something there, the next step is a forty-five minute call with the engineers who would build it. No account manager, no deck, no sales sequence afterwards.
- One business day
- 45-minute call
- NDA before you share anything
Send an enquiry
The fields below are the ones that change our answer. Skip anything you do not know yet — an incomplete enquiry still gets a proper reply.
What to bring to the call
Five answers turn a first call from an introduction into a working session.
- The workflow you want fixed, and roughly how often it runs.
- Who does it today, and how long it takes them each time.
- Where the data lives — the systems, the formats, and who controls access.
- Any rule about where that data is allowed to be processed.
- The decision you are trying to make, and who has to sign it off.
None of it needs to be tidy. Messy data is normal, and cleaning it is part of the build.
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.
Nothing here commits you to anything. Each step exists to give you enough to decide whether the next one is worth your time.
A written reply
Within one business day
From one of the people who would build it, not a routing rule. If we are the wrong fit for what you described, you get told that in the first message.
A forty-five minute call
Booked in that reply
No deck. We ask about volumes, systems, and who does the work today, and we say out loud where the value sits and where the risk sits.
A written recommendation
Within three working days of the call
The one use case worth starting with, what it would take to build, what it would cost to run, and the ideas we think you should drop.
A costed proposal
Only if the recommendation lands
Scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and price, written so you can take it to a board without translating it first.
Or skip the form and write to us.

Our local time
--:--IST · UTC+5:30
We work Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 IST. That overlaps the whole European morning and the start of the US east coast day. Clients on a support agreement reach an on-call engineer outside those hours.
Delivery is remote by default. The office is open for kick-offs and workshops by prior appointment, so tell us before you travel.

Yes. Send yours with the enquiry, or ask for ours and it comes back signed the same day. Nothing discussed on a first call is repeated anywhere, named or unnamed, without your written approval.
The enquiry lands in our business email and stays there. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or fed to an advertising platform. Project data is segregated per engagement, model calls run with zero-retention settings, and nothing you give us trains a model. The full detail is in our privacy notice.
Yes, and most delivery is remote. We agree a fixed daily overlap window at kick-off so reviews and stand-ups sit inside your working hours, and we travel on site when a workshop or a rollout justifies it. Contracts are in rupees for Indian clients and dollars elsewhere.
A one to two week discovery sprint. We do not take two-day proofs of concept, because they produce a demo rather than a decision, and the demo is the part nobody needs.
The engineer who would lead the build, and one person from the consulting side. No account manager, no pre-sales layer. If we cannot bring someone who has built the kind of system you are describing, we tell you before the call rather than during it.
